Terms of Service for Advertising

When listing any vehicle with Vehicle Selling Solutions, LLC, including but not limited to cars, boats, airplanes, recreational vehicles, and heavy equipment, you acknowledge that you have legal ownership of the vehicle and the right to sell it at your advertised price.

Vehicle Selling Solutions, LLC does not collect or handle funds between buyers and sellers. Escrow services, if used, are provided through third-party providers, including the eBay secure checkout process. All payment arrangements must be made directly between the buyer and seller and/or their respective financial institutions.

Buyers are solely responsible for:

• Taxes and registration in their home state

• Shipping arrangements

• Travel, fuel, and transportation costs associated with taking possession of the vehicle

Vehicle Selling Solutions, LLC may not be used for fraudulent, false, misleading, or deceptive activity. All information, content, and photos you provide must be truthful, accurate, and complete.

Except as outlined in our Refund Policy, you are responsible for payment of listing fees even if the vehicle does not sell or you are dissatisfied with the results.

​

If a listing contains an error, you must contact Vehicle Selling Solutions customer service within 72 hours of the original listing date to request a correction. Approval of changes is at the sole discretion of Vehicle Selling Solutions, LLC.

​

Listing features vary based on the advertising package selected. Most listings run until sold, excluding eBay auctions or other premium platforms. Listings may take up to 72 hours to appear, though most are posted within 48 hours.

Vehicle Selling Solutions, LLC expressly disclaims all warranties, including but not limited to guarantees that:

• Your vehicle will sell

• You will receive a specific price

• You will receive inquiries

• All inquiries will be legitimate or from qualified buyers

Refund Policy

Advertising carries inherent risk, and Vehicle Selling Solutions, LLC cannot control buyer behavior or market conditions. Therefore, all sales are final, and we maintain a no-refund policy.

Cancellations may be subject to a 30% administrative fee and are only applicable if the advertisement has not yet been built or published.

​

Errors identified after 72 hours will be corrected when possible but do not qualify for refunds.

Opt-Out

You may opt out of SMS communications at any time by replying STOP to any text message. After opting out, you will no longer receive SMS messages.
